| This is Mecklenburg - a vibrant landscape full of stark contrasts, surprises and growing culture. Not only does the majestic Lake Müritz glitter under the wide sky, hundreds of deep blue lakes beckon, while fields stretch as far as the eye can see and magnificent castles sprawl. Fish eagle eyries, colonies of cormorants and stork nests bear witness to the bounty of nature. The aromatic, aquatic-smelling, sometimes smoky scented air and the twittering of larks create a soothing and tranquil environment in which one can find inner peace. This is best accomplished through exercise! We recommend our specially selected bicycle tour around Lake Müritz, along the lakes, through the woods and with plenty of delightful glimpses of culture and history. Just pick one of our hotels as your starting point where you can directly book your tour, and then bike from hotel to hotel- each is a treasure in and of itself. You determine the route and the tempo! In the meantime, we will transport your luggage and prepare for your arrival. After 40-60 kilometers „on the saddle“, you will find relaxation in our comfortable rooms, in our Sauna and in fine dining. |
